Integrity - Service - Relationships

My team philosophy was inspired by the Air Force motto “Integrity first, Service before self, Excellence in all we do”. It has stayed with me, since I served in the Air Force. I am blessed in the real estate business to have a multitude of daily interactions that remind me exactly who it is that I am serving – all of you – so the focus for my team is Integrity, Service, and excellence in all of our Relationships. These precepts are the foundation for all the goals I set for myself personally, for my team, and ultimately for my business.

The following are our definitions and goals for each area, and how my Team and I will use them to serve you:

INTEGRITY doing the right thing even when no one is looking
We all know that the right approach is rarely the path of least resistance, and sometimes it can be the hardest path. But that’s where true character shines – in the moment, in small decisions and big, with the focus on excellence. This means that everything we do behind the scenes for you, we will give our very best effort. And it means that whenever we are representing you, our personal character and business practices are consistent, as if you were physically present.

SERVICEaction of helping or doing work for someone
When we are not physically working on your property – getting your house ready for showings, or showing you your new home – we are advising you on the next steps, connecting you with the right vendor to do work on your property, negotiating on your behalf, coordinating paperwork from contract to closing – all with excellence in mind. The ultimate example of service above self can be found in Philippians 2:7 “...He made himself nothing by taking the very nature of a servant….” So, if the creator of the world came to serve humankind, what better example could we have?

RELATIONSHIPShow we regard, behave toward, and connect with each other
Let’s be honest, the real estate business is a contact sport – connecting with YOU the client, with lenders, with title companies, with contractors, with other agents, with county officials, and with the communities in which we live and work – is top priority. But our approach to excellence in relationships requires us to go further. For example, even though my relationship with most of you is related to your real estate needs, my hope is that I would be able to serve you in another capacity, outside of the world of real estate. Anyone I work with, I consider to be “family” in that if someone I sold a house to calls me because their truck broke down, or they need to get to a safe place - I will drop what I’m doing to be there. You can count on me, and my Team to be available for you.

I believe that focusing on Integrity and Service, will produce excellence in Relationships. And ultimately, by helping people to get what they want, we get what we want. My Team and I look forward to serving you.
